Derek joined Pittman & Brooks in 2022 as a member of the accounting staff and later recruited his wife Jenna to join the administrative team in 2023. A native of Oregon City, Derek graduated from Oregon City High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from Clackamas Community College. He then transferred to Pacific University, where he pitched for their baseball team while completing his degree in Accounting with a specialization in Finance.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym or on the baseball field, where he maintains a rigorous training routine. He and his wife share their home with two cats, Stu and Dwight.
