Randa Brooks, CPA

Randa co-founded Pittman & Brooks in 1985 with her husband, Randall Brooks. The firm was founded in the desire to give small and medium size businesses the power and professional quality that people expect from larger firms.

Randa has over 35 years of experience in all areas of public accounting, including corporate tax, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, in Corvallis, Oregon. Randa has three children. Her family enjoys spending time off in Central Oregon and cheering for the Oregon State Beavers.
